Inaugural National Running Day

On June 3rd the US running industry will be launching its first National Running Day
to promote running as a healthy, easy and accessible form of exercise. Click on my title to check out the website. It's full of information on how to begin a running/walking program & adopting a healthy lifestyle. You can log your miles after running on the 3rd - and no you don't need to be an avid runner - you can walk, take your first jog, get out an walk with your kids - just get out and get some exercise. Stop being a couch potato!!! All you need is a pair of sneakers and some motivation so grab a buddy and just do it!!
