Fun in the Sun

Today was just beautiful - mid 60's. I worked in the yard for a couple hours, moved some Cannas that had completely taken over a flowerbed in ONE summer !!! Yikes. They've been moved to a semi shaded - very wet area in the hopes of keeping them under control. They LOVE the water, but hopefully with a lack of direct sun all day I won't have to divide them again next year. I planted elephant ears in front of them. It should look nice by mid summer.
I spotted a couple of Chameleons coming out of hiding to sun themselves by the pond today. Managed to get a picture of this little guy before he scurried back into his hiding spot under the waterfall.
You almost can't see him on the rocks, and he didn't hang around long.

Frank & I took the bikes out and went riding for a while too. I had an awesome ride !! Even I was proud of me. Maybe I'll be taking my own bike in the Poker Run at the end of March. Frank took pictures of me while riding next to me - yeah,,making me nervous too...taking photos while riding a bike..no comment. I did get to see what I look like though. Nice bike huh!!!
